The common misunderstanding is thinking that block thought and emotion, think of nothing, concentration. I think there is two things. One is like this, don’t think, concentration. Sometimes you fall asleep but you totally try to block thought and emotion. Another is, what I call blissing out. You try to, for example, relax, relax. As you say relax but you are more tight. And you say peace, peace. Peace. This is why if you wonder peace, clarity, joyful, they don’t come. Even they come, it is become like your meditation experience is like stock market, up and down. So this is also misunderstanding. Meditation should be totally natural and normal.
